These Terms of Service ("Terms") establish a legally binding contract between szxssk ("we", "us", "our")—a Norwich-based casual women’s clothing brand specializing in shirts, trousers, dresses, and outerwear—and you ("Customer", "you"). These Terms govern your access to and use of the szxssk website (the "Website"), all associated digital services, and the purchase of our apparel products (the "Products"). By browsing the Website, creating an account, or placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to comply with these Terms, as well as our Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy. If you reject any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of our services and refrain from purchasing any Products.

Our services include: delivering category-specific product guidance (such as shirt fabric longevity, trouser waist retention, dress drape quality, and outerwear insulation) on the Website; processing orders with transparent communication and proactive status updates; enabling secure payment via trusted third-party gateways; arranging reliable domestic and selected international delivery (as outlined in our Shipping Policy); and providing personalized after-sales support for product fit, care, and quality-related concerns.
We reserve the right to update our Product collection, refine service workflows, or enhance Website functionalities at our sole discretion. Such adjustments shall not retroactively impact the validity of existing contracts for fully paid and confirmed orders. We strive for accuracy in all Product information (descriptions, imagery, sizing, pricing); however, minor variations inherent to artisanal apparel production—including color discrepancies from screen calibration, slight trouser seam alignment differences, or outerwear hardware detail nuances—are not deemed product defects and do not entitle you to a claim.

You shall bear sole responsibility for any losses, delivery delays, failed deliveries, or disputes caused by the provision of false, incomplete, or outdated information.
You are prohibited from engaging in any conduct that violates these Terms, applicable UK laws, or ethical standards, including but not limited to: (a) Submitting fraudulent orders, using stolen or unauthorized payment methods, or initiating improper chargebacks; (b) Tampering with the Website’s security systems, uploading malicious content, or disrupting the normal operation of our services; (c) Reselling, distributing, or commercializing our Products (shirts, trousers, dresses, outerwear) for profit without our explicit written authorization; (d) Infringing upon our intellectual property rights (e.g., copying trouser cuts, dress silhouettes, outerwear designs, brand logos, or Website content) or violating the privacy of other Customers.

3. Account Security & Usage Guidelines

Account registration is optional for one-time purchases but required to access personalized features, including order tracking, saved delivery addresses, purchase history, and exclusive category-specific promotional offers. If you create an account, you are solely responsible for safeguarding your login credentials (username and password) and all activities conducted under your account. You must notify our customer service team immediately upon detecting any unauthorized access to your account, suspicious activity, or potential security breaches.
We implement advanced security measures—including end-to-end data encryption, two-factor login verification (where available), and regular security audits—to protect your account information and personal data. However, we shall not be liable for any losses incurred due to your failure to protect your credentials, or security breaches caused by third-party factors (such as phishing attacks, external malware, or unauthorized device access) that are beyond our reasonable control.

4. Order Validation & Contract Formation

Submitting an order via the Website constitutes a formal offer by you to purchase the specified Products in accordance with these Terms. We will send an automated "Order Acknowledgment Receipt" to your provided email address within 16 minutes of receiving your order—this email confirms order submission only and does not form a binding contract.
A legally binding contract between you and us is established only when we issue a "Order Confirmation & Fulfillment Notice" email. This email verifies Product availability, confirms successful payment processing, and provides details of the expected dispatch date (consistent with our Shipping Policy). We reserve the right to reject or cancel an order at our sole discretion if: (a) Any ordered Product is out of stock, discontinued, or unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances; (b) There is a material error in pricing, description, or imagery for any Product; (c) We have reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, unauthorized payment, or a violation of these Terms; (d) The delivery address is invalid, incomplete, or inaccessible to our logistics partners.
If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the full order amount to your original payment method within 2 business days, with no deductions or additional charges. You may cancel an unshipped order by contacting our customer service team with your order number; once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible, and you must follow our returns process outlined in Section 7.

5. Pricing, Payment & Tax Compliance

All Product prices displayed on the Website are quoted in British Pounds (GBP) and include Value Added Tax (VAT) in full compliance with UK tax legislation. Shipping costs are calculated based on your delivery location, order weight (accounting for structured trousers and lined outerwear), and selected shipping method, with clear itemization on the checkout page for your review and confirmation prior to completing payment (further details in our Shipping Policy).
We may adjust Product prices due to changes in raw material costs (e.g., shirt fabrics, trouser denim, outerwear linings), market fluctuations, or promotional activities; however, adjusted prices will not apply to orders for which an Order Confirmation & Fulfillment Notice email has already been issued. Full payment must be completed at the time of order placement using one of our accepted secure payment methods (Visa, Mastercard, PayPal). All payment transactions are processed through encrypted third-party gateways, and we will never store your full payment card details. If your payment is declined or fails to process, your order will not be processed, and we will notify you promptly to assist with resolving the issue.

6. Product Care & Responsibility

We provide detailed care instructions for each Product category to ensure longevity and maintain quality: shirts should be washed according to fabric-specific guidelines to preserve crispness and color; trousers (especially denim styles) should be washed inside out to prevent fading and maintain shape; dresses (including delicate fabrics) may require gentle cleaning or dry cleaning; outerwear should be treated with appropriate products to retain weather resistance. You are responsible for following these care instructions, and we shall not be liable for damage caused by improper washing, storage, or use of Products.
Minor wear and tear resulting from normal use of Products is not considered a defect. For issues related to delivery damage, please refer to our Shipping Policy for reporting procedures and resolutions.

7. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges (Category-Specific)

We strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. You may return eligible Products for a full refund or exchange within 30 calendar days of receipt, provided that the following conditions are met: (1) Products are unused, unwashed, and in their original condition (no snags, fading, or creases from improper handling in shirts; no alterations, fraying, or stretch damage in trousers; no tears, stains, or distorted fabric in dresses; no scratches or damage to outerwear zippers/buttons); (2) All original tags, labels, and packaging are intact and unaltered; (3) You can provide valid proof of purchase (order number or Order Confirmation & Fulfillment Notice email); (4) All detachable accessories (belts, collars for shirts, outerwear hoods) are returned with the main Product.
The following Products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable: (a) Personalized or custom-made items (e.g., monogrammed shirts, tailored trousers); (b) "Final Sale" items (marked as such on the Website, with discounts of 59% or more); (c) Products damaged due to improper use, washing, or storage (e.g., shrunk shirts, stretched trousers, faded dresses, damaged outerwear); (d) Intimate apparel items, unless they are defective and returned in their original, unopened packaging.
To initiate a return or exchange, you must first contact our customer service team via email or phone to request a Return Authorization (RA) Number. This number must be clearly printed on the outer packaging of the returned items—returns without a valid RA Number will not be accepted or processed. You are responsible for covering the cost of returning the Products, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect size, color, or Product; defective stitching or fabric). In such cases, we will reimburse your reasonable return shipping costs upon verification of the error.
We will inspect returned Products within 4 business days of receipt, with a focus on category-specific quality standards. If the return meets the eligibility criteria, we will process your refund or exchange within 6 business days. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method, and original shipping costs will not be refunded unless the return is a result of our error. For exchanges, we will dispatch the replacement Product once the returned item has been approved and inspected, and we will cover the shipping cost of the replacement (in line with our standard shipping terms).

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights associated with szxssk—including but not limited to trademarks, logos, Product designs (shirt styles, trouser cuts, dress silhouettes, outerwear patterns), Website content (text, images, videos, graphics), and software—are exclusively owned by szxssk or our authorized licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Website and its content solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Without our prior written consent, you may not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, display, publish, or exploit any of our intellectual property rights in any form or for any purpose. Minor category-specific variations that do not affect the wearability or functionality of the Products shall not constitute liability.
